RoxBox was one of the initial container home companies in the nation and has not only seen it all but done it all. When we first partnered together to create the Sprucedale development in Evergreen Colorado they were building everything from coffee shops, residential mountain homes, bitcoin mining labs, and even luxury container-based condominiums. After years of building everything container related they’ve perfected their methods and even pioneered a few of their own to create top quality products. In our effort to remain true to our mountain roots we wanted to find someone local to be a General Contractor and oversee the building of our homes. As we incorporate newer building materials and modern building techniques and methods we needed to not only find someone with meticulous attention to detail but a passion of building only the finest homes that matched our own.
We couldn’t have been luckier to find Brandon Fox, an experienced builder with a vision of excellence. “In 2007, Brandon Fox came to Colorado with a business degree from Indiana University and a dream to build exquisite homes from the ground up. He had an opportunity to frame a number of very unique homes in Summit County, and see them progress from treed mountain side to beautiful homes. Through the years he has been able to be hands on with every aspect of construction.
He has excavated basements, formed and poured foundations, framed entire homes, installed insulation and drywall, fully roofed homes, stacked log homes, and become very skilled with large timbers, logs, and finish carpentry. By honing in on all these trades, Brandon has become a master of managing construction projects. He is currently building in the Foothills area where he is a licensed and insured general contractor. As the sole owner of Fox Enterprises, he puts every ounce of pride and integrity into any projects that bear his name.”
